Hi to whoever is still reading this blog. I have been a pretty pathetic blogger lately! Let's just say, Christmas was a bit of a whirlwind this year! It felt like it blew in and out way too quickly. I felt like I was finally relaxing and enjoying it just a couple days before Christmas. That's just sad! I will say, this was the first year that I felt like I celebrated Christmas for the real reason more than the gifts though. I told Matt that I am glad I'm a Christian and can celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. Otherwise, I think I would have really dispised the holiday this year. All the gifts, parties, etc. just stressed me out. I'm not sure what my problem was this time...but in a way, it helped me put the day in perspective. So, for that, I'm thankful.
By the way, I have enjoyed the last few late comers to the gum chewing debate! I feel like it's a wave I just keep sailing high on!
One of my faithful readers suggested I start a new debate to get more comments. I'm trying to come up with a good one. If anyone has a suggestion, let me know. I don't want it to be too serious. But probably better than the one that did briefly cross my mind this week while in Florida : Is it really that bad for a child to urinate while swimming in the pool? Matt thanked me when I told him I wouldn't do that one.
Anyway, I will try to come up with something better...much better!

Glad your back! As far as the debate you are not having - isn't that why they put chlorine in pools!
Maybe the comination of chlorine and urine is what makes the hair turn green? Has any testing been conclusive about that?
sorry, but i have to answer that one-it is absolutely NOT ok for a kid to pee in a pool!! :) i don't care how much chlorine is in it, it's still pee, and i don't want to swim in any one's. :)
i'm glad you're back too, btw. :)
