It's Always Good to be in Taylor

This week, Matt and I went to Taylor for Wednesday night church. Matt was doing one of the Bible studies as part of their vacation Bible School. As always, it's such a treat to go to Taylor church. We always say it's the friendliest church around! Not only did we get to go to church, we got to stay with Kent and Jan and Tim and Amber out at their beautiful cabin!!!! It was so great!! It is so relaxing to be there. The hospitality was fabulous and we got to ride 4 wheelers and Matt got to try his hand at the bow. Thanks SO MUCH Tim, Amber, Kent, and Jan for letting us stay with you!! We LOVED it!!Here are a few pictures from the time there.

Jan seeded part of the area in front of the cabin with wild flower seeds. I just loved it! So I took some pictures to try to capture its' wild beauty.

On the 4 wheelers...actually, Darci rode on Matt's lap for the actual ride. It was my first time on one of these...I didn't know if I'd like it but I LOVED it!!!
Here's Matt going towards where he was going to practice shooting with the bow.

I wish I had taken my camera on the 4 wheeler ride...it was so beautiful.

Matt trying out the bow. He said that if the animals would stand still and let him shoot at them a couple times then maybe he'd be able to provide for our family this way...

Jan and Darci.

Darci as she was saying..."need to go potty!" She's doing wonderful with the potty training!!! We are SO thankful and can hardly believe that it's really happened!

Here is Amber's little guy, Cade. Isn't he so cute? He couldn't seem to keep his legs underneath him so here he is being held while his legs float out.

My mom called me immediately after seeing you guys in church to tell me she met you and Matt. She said Matt did a great job with his presentation. Hopefully the Taylor talk will be on Matt's greatest hits CD someday when I purchase it after a late night infomerical.
