the tables...a little simpler than last year

One of the Place Markers...I found each couple's first or second year Christmas card and then scanned and edited them. It was so much fun to see how all of us have either changed or not changed that much...Andy and Jill got voted "most improved" (he he)...they have been married longest so that would make sense...hey, at least you're improving!

The name cards that had the "infamous" questions written on the back! We spend a good part of the night answering the questions I write on the back of the cards. They usually have something to do with their spouse or with marriage in general. It's pretty fun.

Rebekah,
The talents God has given you always amaze me!! Wow! I remember your pictures from last Valentine's Day - how fun!!
Beautiful tables, beautiful nameplates, beautiful pics!
Thanks for sharing!
Oh, and I don't think Klint and I have any plans Valentine's 2010. J/K ;)
Wow, just gorgeous!! So elegant and tastefully done!!
It was really a fun night. I told Andy on the way there how you get reciepes from Williams Sonoma and when I look at them to try to do them, I think "dutch what?" "braize how?" "poach" (I know it is something with eggs, but not much else) - no wonder Matt would rather eat at home than Biaggis! You are a very relaxed and compatent host - just like your mom was. It is fun to see You in her kitchen :-)
beautiful and amazing again...
it sounds so fun. wish i lived in bloomington. :)
You are so creative! Beautiful decorations and what a darling idea to scan in the pictures and re-edit them. Love it all. :)
Great job, Bek! Love the tables - wish I could see all the pictures you used. What a great idea! I'm curious...did you use the Christmas picture of Andy & Jill with Christmas lights all tangled around them? :) I looked through some old Christmas pics when cleaning out the storage room the other week & came across that one! So cute :)
Oh I want another V-day dinner now! :) It was SO much fun Rebek! Thanks for all your hard work!
That's soooo fun! And you call me the creative party planner? :-) I would have never come up with that stuff or have kept all the first Christmas cards! Great idea!
