Vision Pictures - Night 3

I was sick the second night of Vision so I didn't get any pictures. And I forgot my camera this past week for the last night of Vision. So, all I have are the ones from week three. Tami did a talk on being ready to give an answer and being Ambassadors for Christ. Very challenging!

Afterwards, I did a cooking class! Pretty fun! I taught them the "Simple, simple Pie Crust" recipe and we did a pudding pie. Then I taught them how to make spaghetti and garlic bread. So, now they are equipped to make a "fancy" meal for their families or whatever. Here are some pictures.

the girls watching me teach...I will admit that I do have a picture of me teaching, but it was so motivating to keep up this running training that I just didn't have the humility to post it. (so basically, I was practically weeping when I saw how I look from a side angle)
The girls mixing together the pudding for their pies

This class of Vision was really a special group of girls! We had so much fun with them and I'm excited to see God work in and through their lives!

It was my birthday that night so Brooke brought the yummiest Oreo cupcakes! Mmmmmm!!!

One of the finished products!! Didn't they do a great job?
I look forward to hopefully doing Vision again next year. Thanks to Brooke, Jami, Jessica, Heidi and Tami for your part in this again this year! Love you guys.

Great pictures Rebekah! It is so nice of you and your sisters to put this on for the girls - I am sure it is a lot of work.

Your Vision nights look like so much fun! You guys teach such practical skills- such a good idea! I loved the Boxes of Remembrances. I think I may steal that and use it for an activity for our G3 girls here in Morton. Happy belated birthday!!
