Bugs

About a mongth ago, our lawn had an abundance of dandelions. One day, I asked Josh and Darci to go out and pick as many of the dandelions as they could. When they brought them in we would count them. When Darci got 20 and Josh 40, they would each get an Oreo. We got LOTS of dandelions picked that day.

Well, I guess I didn't teach Darci the difference between dandelions and other flowers. So, if you come to our place and notice that there aren't a lot of flowers on our plants, it's because we have a couple of little bugs who love our flowers.

very cute, but a little sad from a mother's perspective.

Oh, they are so much cuter than the rabbits who are eating mine!!

so cute! whenever Darci comes over, I usually end up missing a few heads off my flowers too. If there wasn't something so cute about a little girl and flowers, I would maybe maker her quit.

I've got the same problem. And how do you punish a child who sincerely brings you a gift of chopped up landscaping, even when they used your good scissors to do the cutting?
