Swimming In Japan

Here is my second instalment about Japan!
This is seriously very much what it's like to go to a public swimming pool in Japan. I remember as a kid going to just a couple different pools in the summer and they were always crowded! I remember I'd go under and try to swim and just end up running into someone's behind! Not so fun!
So, be thankful for the abundance of pools in America that make for less crowded swimming pools!

honestly, something about that really seemed sort of gross!! i think it was how it had the waves, but they were a blanket of moving people. :)

Any Japanese person opining about the superiority of Japanese culture over American culture, can be easily disproven by your two Japan videos.

Talk about stewing in everyone's juices...didn't seem so bad as a kid. -Heidi

ok, so with that many people were there often tragedies of death...I mean if you went under it would be hard to come up with so many bodies in the way. What a nightmare it looks like. I am thankful for our "not so crowded" pools:)

So do they only have ONE pool in all of Japan, because I'm pretty sure that was at least 50% of the population in there! Not to mention, I think that is the largest wave pool I've ever seen! :-)
