Like a little jolt with your morning coffee?
Here's one from wise King Solomon...
"While I was still searching but not finding - I found one upright man among a thousand. But NOT ONE upright woman among them all" (Ecclesiastes 7:28)
How's that for a shout out for women?! I laughed when I read this...I just pictured all the women Old Solly ever came into contact with...700 wives, 1000+ concubines? I think they all had reason to be just a little less than pleasant at all times!

that's hilarious!!! gonna jot that one down...i want to be counted among the upright! Oh Solomon, maybe he was bit spoiled. You think? :)
laughed out loud at this, rebekah! too funny... plus, i tend to think solomon was looking in the WRONG places for upright women... for some reason i feel he may have had other things on his mind when selecting his companions of choice... just sayin :)
